Job Title: Operations Specialist

SUMMARY

Functions as the focal point in the movement, assignment and entry of all documentation received by the firm. Handles a variety of operational functions through the use of state of the art technology. Responsible for time sensitive data entry to assure high level of accuracy and quality for claims received.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

· Accountable for daily distribution of various account management reporting.
· Prepares daily incoming mail in a timely manner for scanning into system.
· Electronically files every document received.
· Reviews dependent care and transportation claims for validity according to IRS Code.
· Provides a high quality level of data entry for medical, dependent care, and transportation claim processing.
· Assures accuracy of entry through auditing and duplication report verification.
· Ensures accurate entry of time sensitive direct deposit account information.
· Prepares daily distribution of reimbursements issued to participants.

QUALIFICATIONS

To perform this job successfully, an individual must possess the following traits and characteristics: detail orientation, strong organizational and prioritizing skills, ability to be flexible and multi-task, high level of personal worth and internal motivation.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

High School degree with 1-5 years of work experience. Previous experience in administration, data entry, or related field is required. The appropriate individual must possess a positive attitude and good work ethics to meet company standards.
