How can I begin to recommend Flores to my Clients?

Identify the people referring you to Flores. It is not necessary to come to us with an RFP in hand. In fact, we prefer to get to know you well before that. Please know that Flores is not looking for "more business", but instead we are interested in consultative relationship where we help you help your clients. The relationships we build will last for years because the clients and their employees will be delighted by our service model. If you simply need a price or a quote, Flores is not for you. The quote is just a front-end matter. The value Flores generates is far more than expected. We will sometimes pass on a business opportunity when the fit is not right for all parties, regardless of the price. When you come to appreciate what Flores can do for your clients, then a price will rarely be an issue. You will want to place business with Flores to move your clients in a better direction or to solve a service level issue.
If you have not been formally referred to Flores, but you have heard about Flores then you will want to get to know us better. We will want to get to know you as well. It will be wise for us to communicate and exchange references well before any quote is prepared. Assuming we connect and do business we will be together for years and Flores will become a valuable resource for you and your clients.
Flores meets brokers in another important way. Sometimes our loyal clients will replace their existing broker for any number of reasons. Nevertheless, they demand to keep Flores as their FSA, HRA or COBRA Administrator and then we are introduced to the new broker. Maybe that is you? In this case, take the opportunity to get to know Flores and see if your new client has just introduced you to a potential partner that can improve the future for you and your clients.
From time to time we target brokers that we believe "shares our commitment" toward service and client relationships. We are never in a hurry to make these connections and any request to get to know your firm will be motivated by our speculation that we share similar values with you.
