I wanted to mention how well Flores does on the FSA reimbursements. They image everything so they don't even want hardcopies..faxes work out fine, they email you when they receive the fax, when they start the check processing and when the electronic deposit happened to the account. I have had these FLEX accounts at most companies but never had one that worked this smooth. just thought I would provide some feedback .JJ

I just wanted to provide some feedback to you on my experience so far in the dependent care flexible spending program. Flores & Associates has done a great job. My account information was available on the internet early in the month and was completely accurate. They also disbursed my deducted contributions very soon after receiving and sent the attached message as well as a notice to my home. The customer service they are providing is very much appreciated.
