Flores & DirectPath partner to drive enrollment in consumer directed health options for large employers

Charlotte, NC – January 10, 2018 – Flores & Associates, a leading national administrator of tax-advantaged consumer directed reimbursement plans, has partnered with DirectPath, the industry leader in employee engagement, healthcare transparency and compliance, to offer optimized account-based health care solutions to large employers, and the brokers who serve them.

According to statistics from the Employee Benefits Research Institute (EBRI) HSA Database, by 2019 72% of employers with 500+ employees will be likely to offer an HSA-eligible health plan. However, research from United Benefit Advisors shows that only 19.1% of employees at large companies offering HSAs currently choose to enroll.
