Flores & Associates LLC Acquires Streamline HR

Charlotte, NC– August 15, 2024 – Flores & Associates LLC (Flores), a premier provider of employer-sponsored reimbursement plans and compliance services, is pleased to announce it has acquired Pennsylvania-based Streamline HR, a highly-regarded third-party administrator of employee benefit programs such as FSA, HRA, HSA, commuter, and COBRA.
Streamline HR team members have become a part of the Flores team and continue to operate as normal.
